Based on the properties of industrial structure and equipment in petrochemical industries. A dynamic analysis model for industrial structure-equipment complex system is presented in this paper. The model is used to calculate the influence on structure's vibration characteristics caused by dynamic interaction between structure and equipment, the calculated results are nearly the same compared with that got from experiment,which approve the validity of the model.
