In this paper, a new algorithm called spatial ensemble optimizing method is presented which reduces the sensitivity to noise in the study of EEG's inverse problem as compared to conventional temporal-spatial optimizing method and static inversing algorithm. In order to use a singletrial or a few number of trials to localize the source of evoked potential, a spatial factor inversing algorithm and a coherent noise eliminating method are proposed which effectively reduce the affect of the strong background noise....

Noninvasive localization of the neural generators by scalp-recorded po-tentials is a primary goal of electroencephalography.In this study,in order to do the inverseproblem better,a realistic double-boundary head model was constructed and a two-stepmethod was proposed to reduce the numerical error of forward problem caused by the poorlyconducting skull.A novel procedure was presented which localizes the source of evoked po-tential(EP)effectively when signal to noise ratio(SNR)is as low as-10 dB.

从头皮记录到的脑电分布推算脑电活动源的脑电逆问题是脑电信号处理的主要方向之一。其中关键问题之一是关于头的容积导体模型的建立。本文为克服传统的均匀介质球、同心球及其有实际形状的均匀媒质模型的不足,利用CT 扫描图象建立了头的双层边界模型,并运用边界元方法进行正问题的求解。由于颅骨的电导率与脑组织导电率的比值很低,脑电正问题的解决存在很大的数值计算误差,本文提出了一种两步法有效地解决了这一问题。观测信号中的噪声是影响脑电求逆的一个主要因素。特别是对于脑电诱发响应,由于其信噪比很低,传统的方法是先利用相干平均或时频域的;滤波处理提取出诱发响应,然后再进行求逆研究。为了利用单次诱发信号直接进行求逆计算,本文提出了一种独特的处理方法,运用噪声相关抵消与奇异值分解技术,使得在信噪比较低的情况下仍能进行准确的定位(求逆)。仿真研究表明,利用这种方法,信噪比可以降到—10dB;同时,求逆的结果有助于诱发信号的单次提取。

There were clinical recurrences of SVT in five of 16 patients(31%)treated on a long-term basis(mean 4.5+3.6 months)with pro;Iso completely reversed Pro's supprssant effect on the induction of SVT in four of these five patients(80%).These five patients then were treated with Pro and metoprolol and no further clincal recurrence of SVT. These results suggested that reversal by lso of Pro's suppressant effects on the induction of SVT may identify patients who are likely to experience clinical recurrence of SVT and these patients may benefit from treatment with a β-blocker during longterm therapy with Pro.

选择30例诱发的持续性室上性心动过速(SVT),研究了异丙肾上腺素(Iso)和美托洛尔(Met)对普罗帕酮(Pro)抗SVT效应的影响。结果:Iso对Pro抑制SVT电诱发效应的完全和部分逆转率分别为57%和18%;随访期间服用Pro,SVT临床复发率为31%(5/16例),后者中80%(4/5例)为Iso对Pro抑制SVT电诱发效应有完全逆转作用者,加服Met后,5例临床复发均得以控制,提示Iso能逆转Pro抗SVT效应者单服Pro可能出现临床复发,加用β阻滞剂有预防作用。
