A single hybrid biological reactor was used in treating coke plant wastewater by throwing fibre-ball filler into suspended phase activated sludge, the effect of many operation control parameters on disposal effect in a single hybrid biological reactor, the optimum control parameters were defined and it was researched that a hybrid biological reactor treated COD and NH_3-N in coke plant wastewater.
It introduced the testing results of fiber -ball filtration in white water treatment and recovery for papermaking industry, which show the good quality of filtrated water with notable removal of SS, tur-bidty, COD and bacteria and the filtrated water can be recovered for recirculation.
Two phase hybrid bio-reactor was used in treating coke-plant wastewater by means of submerging fiber-ball filler in suspended growth activated sludge. The optimum operation parameters for the highest performance were determined in the research.
By using hydrophilic oleopholic modification fiber balls filter-media,and filter mounted adjustable compacting device, according to oiliness-polymer sewage inlet case and outlet requirements, compacting degree of fiber balls filter-media is controlled by adjustable compacting device, and oiliness sewage isachieved quality standard of polymer water injection for low infiltration oilfield after filtration treatment.
