It is expounded here the primary principles of eccentric gear tension compensation system that changes roving shape angle on A454 roving frame. Throuth a theoretical calculation, the paper also reveals that max. roving shape angle could be limited within 45 degree, which contributes a lot in the reduction of roving halching and slough-off when the eccentricity being minor than 5mm.

本文叙述了A454型粗纱机应用偏心齿轮式张力补偿装置,导致粗纱成形角变化的基本原理。并通过分析和理论计算得知,补偿装置的偏心距小于5mm时,可使一落纱中粗纱成形角的最大值控制在45°之内,有利于减少粗纱冒纱和脱圈现象。

Combining with the characteristics of fine PET POY equipment imported from Thermoalfa Co., Italy, the influential factors on yarn irregularity, winding and package building process without godet were discussed. The production result proved that the yarn irregularity of fine denier POY spun without godet at high speed is affected by melt mass and spinning and winding conditions; moreover, winding tension, package angle and contact pressure give a mighty effect on package result.
