By using the method of the viscoelastic correspondence principle proposed in the previous paper, the solution of the crack-border stress and displacement fields for linear elastic solids obtained by Eftis, Subramonian and Liebowitz is generalized to such viscoelastic cracked solids as Maxwell solids, Burgers solids and standard linear solids. By using the method of the viscoelastic correspondence principle proposed in the previous paper, the solution of the crack-border stress and displacement fields for linear elastic solids obtained by Eftis, Subramonian and Liebowitz is generalized to such viscoelastic cracked solids as Maxwell solids, Burgers solids and standard linear solids. Some important conclusions as below are obtained:1. In the present cases, when the applied stresses are constant: the stress intensity factors for linear viscoelastic cracked solids are the same as those of the corresponding elastic cracked solids. However, the stress intensity factors for linear viscoelastic bodies will become time- dependent, if the expressions of the stress intensity factors for the corresponding elastic cracked bodies contain elastic constants.2. For linear viscoelastic cracked bodies, when the applied stresses are constant, the displacement components are time dependent and are functions of rheological constants of materials. For Maxwell and Burgers solids, because of the existance of viscous flow, the displacement components will increase with time under constant loading. For standard linear solids, because of the effects of retarded elasticity, although the displacement components will also increase with time, they will tend to their limit values.3. In contrast to elastic cracked bodies, the K-G relationship for viscoelastic cracked bodies is no longer a time-independent fixed relationship.4. The K-criterion is no longer equivalent to the G-criterion in cases of viscoelastic solids. As the K-criterion can not reflect the timedependent characters of such solids, the G-criterion is more suitable for viscoelastic cracked solids.

The preparation, properties and constitution of the alloys of Nb-Ti-Al series as well as their application were presented. With present available elastic materials, some pressure sensors used for specific engineering cannot reach the required accuracy. However, a new type of elastic materials-niobium-base alloy, such as Nb-40Ti-5.5Al, possesses excellent combined properties, including non-magnetism, corrosion resistance to sea water, small temperature coefficient of elastic modulus, high elastic limit, small elastic lag and low elastic modulus. Rod and thin wire of the alloy (Nb-40Ti-5.5Al) were prepared. Moreover, the alloy, either as-cold-worked or as-solution-annealed, can be aging-hardened. The pressure sensors with all parts (elastic element, frame, compensation stick and vibration wire) made of the alloy have reached high accuracy (0.2%) and its good stability has been proved by practical uses in sea water.

本文介绍了Nb-Ti-Al系合金的制备、性能和组织结构,以及应用效果。用现有的其他弹性材料,特殊工程用的某些压力传感器达不到所要求的精度。然而,新型的弹性材料——铌基合金,例如Nb-40Ti-5.5Al,具有优良的综合性能(包括:无磁性、耐海水腐蚀、弹性模量温度系数小、弹性极限高、弹性滞后小以及弹性模量低)。制备了Nb-40Ti-5.5Al合金棒材和细丝材。而且,该合金不论在冷加工态还是固溶态皆可时效硬化处理。各部件(弹性元件、支架、补偿杆、以及振弦丝)皆用铌合金制作的压力传感器达高精度(0.2%),且多次出海实用证明其稳定性好。

This paper points out the limitations existed in the traditional rules of rolling friction. So, from the view point of tribolOgy a mechanism of rolling friction is studied. The rolling resistance is considered to be dependent on the micro-sliding and elastic hysteresis. The rolling resistance is considered to be dependent on the micro-sliding and elastic hysteresis. Through a series of friction test with metals and nonmetals, the values of coefficient of rolling friction and the rules of its variation have been obtained, from that, its main influential factor is examined. Finally, it is concluded that the determination of the rolling friction coefficient is mainly decided on the practical measurenent.

指出古典滚动摩擦定律存在着一定的局限性,对滚动摩擦机理从摩擦学观点进行了探讨,分析了滚动阻力来自微观滑动和弹性滞后.通过一系列金属和非金属材料的摩擦试验,测得滚动摩擦系数值及其变化规律,从而指出了影响滚动摩擦系数的主要因素.最后认为,滚动摩擦系数还须靠实测来确定.
