The results showed that, when chest was opened, total thoracic compliance was improved due to lost of the restriction of chest wall; but inspiratory resistance was increased because of a tendency for small airways to collapse, due to disappear the intrapleural subatmospheric...

The effect of the changes in compliance and resistance,there was a raise in peak airway pressure but no change in mean airway pressure, suggesting that the former was related to the high resistance to gas flows and the latter was showing the pressure required for overcoming the elastic resistance.It was indicated that there was some special significance to measure peak or mean airway pressure respectively. There were no effects of open chest surgery upon anatomical dead space or metabolism of oxygen and carbon dioxide. After the chest being closed, compliance was progressively reduced to a level lower than that before chest open, at the meanwhile, inspiratory resistance and peak or mean airway pressure were markly elevated. Clearly, further influences should be paid high attention to after open chest surgery on ventilaton.

本文探讨麻醉下肺通气功能的不良影响在剖胸术中及术后的演变。30例剖胸手术病人用Engstrǒm Erica全自动微型电脑信息处理人工呼吸机通气和观察。结果表明,开胸后胸壁的限制作用丧失,顺应性改善;但胸腔负压消失致胸内小气道萎陷,吸气阻力增加。二者作用结果,气道峰压显著升高,但气道平均压不变。说明前者与增大的气流阻力有关,而后者反映了克服弹性阻力的压力。提示分别了解气道蜂压和平均压有其独特意义。剖胸本身对解剖死腔和氧及二氧化碳代谢无重要影响。关胸后顺应性逐渐下降并低于开胸前水平,吸气阻力和气道峰压、平均压显著上升。应重视剖胸术后对肺通气功能的进一步影响。

In order to probe internal effect and mechanism of Qigong, we had observed rheoencephalogram of 50 persons, befor and after they exercised Chanmigong for twenty days. The result indicated change of dicrotic wave and wave's type (P<0.01, P<0.05). It demonstrated that elasticity and resistance of blood vessel were affected by persons' exercising Qigong.

本文提出了一个脑循环血液动力学模型,在模型中不仅考虑了血管弹性、阻力和惯量等动力学参数,而且还考虑了交通动脉的血管代偿功能。通过模型控制方程求解得到了颈动脉和椎动脉的输入阻抗,理论和实验结果完全相一致。模拟结果表明:当颈动脉或推动脉动力学参数变化时,它不仅影响同侧的动脉阻抗,而且还影响到对测血管床。这提示,颈动脉或推动脉输入阻抗不仅和自身系统血管特性有关,而且还受其它循环的影响,有时这种影响还是显著的。
