A preliminary study on epidemic endemic disease which results from drinking water is made, according to regional distribution law of the elements in groundwater in Jilin province. The correlation between elements in groundwater, chemical components, environmental characteristics and the distribution of endemic disease is emphaticaly discussed. Meanwhile, according to hydrogeological conditions (e.g.microrelief), inter-relationships mentioned above are also described in detail.

本文以吉林省地下水中的元素地域性分布规律入手,对吉林省流行的饮水型地方性疾病进行探讨。着重论述吉林省三大地域地下水元素及化学组份背景特征与地方病分布的相关性。同时,结合微地貌等水文地质条件,进一步阐述地下水元素及化学组分特征与地方病发病关系。

Lead may be harmful to human body when it's content in soils goes beyond the normal level. The content of lead in soils of Hainan Island ranges from 6.20 to 262.20mg kg~(-1), and is often higher in lower layer of soils than in surface layer, higher in the west part of the Island than in the east part, and affected by a series of factors such as soil parent material, climate and soil property, etc., especially by soil parent material.

铅对动植物是有毒的,土壤中铅的含量过高,会引起人、畜的地方性疾病。研究结果表明,海南岛土壤中铅的含量大多数在10—40mg kg~(-1)之间,属于正常范围值,但玄武岩发育的土壤含铅量偏高,在230mg kg~(-1)左右。该岛土壤中铅的含量往往随剖面深度的增加而增大。因成土条件的差异,土壤铅含量有一定的地理分异规律,东北部玄武岩地区土壤含铅量比其它地区高数倍,西部干热地区土壤含铅量往往比东部湿热地区高。土壤中铅含量与土壤母质、质地、pH值和土壤中化合物种类等因素有关,但以土壤母质的影响更为突出。

Some investigation indicates that incidences of fluorine-induced diseases are closely related to contents of fluorine in drinking water. To counter this situation that local fluorine-induced diseases are mainly caused by drinking high-fluorine water, preventive measures...

氟病是一种分布甚广的地方性疾病。饮水是人体氟的主要来源,约占65%。因此,饮水中氟含量与氟病发病率密切相关。我国有许多饮水中氟含量超过标准的地区。针对地方性氟病主要是由饮用高氟水引起的这一地学病因,重要的预防措施就是改善饮水条件——改饮低氟水。首先应进行水文地质及流行病学调查,以便提出具体的改水措施。
