叙述了脉冲式分子束阀及脉冲式分子束阀控制器的研制。控制器提供内/外触发选择,触发延时0.05~3.0ms(8档可选),开阀时间0.1~1.5ms(8档可选),开阀脉冲控制0.05~1.0ms(8档可选),关阀及反冲控制0.1~1.0ms(连续可调),并有同步脉冲输出和驱动电流监测。本装置产生的脉冲分子束流可满足同步幅射实验室的需要,控制器还可用于其它气阀的控制。
