本文以共轭曲面理论为基础,用运动学法建立了凸轮及其对偶件间的接触方程,借鉴齿轮啮合原理的研究成果,给出了一套用于平面凸轮机构和反凸轮机构的公式,可以方便地计算凸轮廓线、曲率半径、压力角、干涉界点、接触界点、瞬心线和滑动率等。本文提出的模型适用于各类平面凸轮机构和反凸轮机构,并形成一个比常用的方法更为完整的理论体系。

Based on the theory of conjugate surface, the contact equations for four types of inverse cams are established, and a complete set of equations are given, used for calculating the profile, pressure angle, boundary points of contact and interference, instantaneous center lines of velocity, slip ratio, curvature radius and normal relative curvature.

反凸轮机构的原动件具有简单的端部形状和运动形式,从动件则具有与运动规律相适应的复杂形状,能实现包括停歇在内的各种运动规律。近来反凸轮机构的应用较多,但缺乏完善的设计方法。本文以共轭曲面原理为工具,用运动学法建立了主动件、从动件间的接触方程;针对四种类型的反凸轮机构,推导出了它们的廓线方程、曲率半径、压力角、接触界点、干涉界点、瞬心线、滑动率和诱导法曲率等的全套计算公式,较系统地给出了设计方法。
