On MS m/e 593 (M~+) is recorded. The NMR (in CDCl_3) shows the important signals: δ 11.17 (s, lH, -CHO) and δ 10.13 (d, lH, -HC=N-). The Rf value of monoanilinogossypol on TLC(silica gel-starch, solvent: benzene-chloroform-ethylacetate 40:10:3) is higher than that of gossypol and lower than that of dianilinogossypol. The pure product was pale yellow crystals. The analytical data of synthetic sample are also in agreement with above.The presence of monoanilinogossypol in gossypol interferes with the determination of the latter. Thus, it is necessary to identify the impurity with thin layer chromatography before hand.

The dose of alkaloid——150mg/kg each time was given to one group four times in a month, and again that of 40mg/kg each...

The crude alkaloid and symphytine that have been extracted and isolatedare administred to 10 piglings ranging from 2 to 3 months. The dose of alkaloid——150mg/kg each time was given to one group four times in a month, and again that of 40mg/kg each time to another group three times in a month. As a result, 3 piglings in the crude alkaloid group died, and the body weight of another 3 survived animals increased slowly (1.00±0.71kg/month, P>0.05). Most of their livers appeared to have some specific pathological changes because of poisoning caused by pyrrolizidine alkaloids: haemorrhages, cell necrosis, fibrosis and slight, megalocytosis. In symphytine group, the weight of 4 piglings are basic normal (2.5±1.35kg/month. P<0.05)and the lesions of livers and fundus glands are merely slight. Animals of controlled group grow well and their body weights are increasing fastest (3.87±2.39kg/month, P<0.05)and have no any abnormal changes.

本文用硅胶柱层析法从朝鲜聚合草(Symphytum peregrinum Leded)根中分离到双稠吡咯啶生物碱——聚合草素(Symphytine),并用质谱法测得其似分子离子峰(M+1)~+的m/e=382。将提取分离的总生物碱及聚合草素分别按每次150毫克/公斤(服4次)与40毫克/公斤(服3次)投给10头2~3月令小猪。结果总碱组(6头)死亡3头,幸存3头增重缓慢(月增重:1.00±0.71公斤,P>0.05)多数肝脏表现双稠吡咯啶生物碱的主要病变:出血、细胞坏死,纤维化和轻度巨红细胞症。聚合草素组(4头)增重基本正常(月增重:2.50±1.35公斤,P<0.05),肝脏及胃底腺仅轻度损伤。对照组(4头)生长发育良好,增重最快(月增重:3.88±2.39,P<0.05),无异常病变。
