After perfusion, immersed the specimen into "The Three None Preservative", and put it in a bad ventilation place, the mean temperature was minimum from21℃ to maximum 28℃,dissected the rabbit on the 30th day andthe 90th day respectively. The brain, heart, lung, liver, in-testine as well as the thigh muscle were observed both macroscopically and histological examination microscopocally.The specimens were seen plastic by naked eye, it had a certain hardness and toughmess with good hand-feeling,not mildew and rot, and no irritant odeur.And each of the tissue was takena little piece, paraffin embddded and slice section made, stained with H.E. and P.A.S.. It was clearly seen the cell morphology with its structure, no autolysis was discovered. After teached the aim of animal expermment design, the perfusion was transferred application to puerile cadaver, the procedure was the same as stated as above. After fixed the puerile cadaver, its colour and band-feeling good, had a certain hardness with elasticity. Tth tissue cells well fixed microscopically.
