In this paper we introduced a new technique of heat treatment for producing valve spring wires. Relying on our own efforts, we have designed and built a continuous, operative and productive line. According to the strengthening and toughening mechanism, on this treating equipment weadopted series of new technigues of heat treatment, such as, rapid austenitizing treatments for the refinement of the prior austenite grain size, martempering, rapid tempering, ete.The results of experiments have proved that new kinds of higher qualitative oil-tempering wire are obtained. It also provided a new process of manufacture of various kinds of important springs for our mechanical industry. And then, it may achieve greater, faster, better and more economical resutts in producing springs than the conventional process.The valve springs, made by the new steel wires, has undergone a long period of time for operations in compressors. The results show that the life of springs in operations is increased from the original level to many times, even tens times. It can approch the international level or come up to advanced world standards(the number of times of reciprocating motion may be approched 1.18~4.91×10~8).

本文介绍了生产阀簧钢丝的一套热处理新技术。攻关组自行设计、制造了一条连续运转的油淬火阀簧钢丝的生产线,根据钢的强韧化机制,采用了超细晶粗处理,恒温热处理及快速回火等新技术,研制成功了一种高质量的油淬火阀门弹簧钢丝;为我国机械工业制造各种重要的弹簧(例如各种气阀弹簧等)提供了一条多、快、好、省的新途径;通过几年的装机试验与试生产表明:由新型钢丝制成的阀簧的使用寿命从原来的基础上提高了几倍到几十倍,接近或达到了目前世界同类产品的水平(即弹簧工作时往复动作次数达1.18~4.91×10~6)。

Vapor deposition is a technology originally designed for surface treatment of metals, which was used later in the manufacture of semi-conductor elements. In recent years the technique has been used in the area of catalyst preparation. By this process the active ingredients of the catalysts can be not only supported on the carrier surface uniformly but the surface properties of the catalysts can be-also improved greatly.

气相沉积法原是一种金属表面处理技术,后来应用于电子工业制造半导体元件。近年来化学工作者把它引入到催化剂制备工艺过程。利用气相沉积法不仅可均匀地在载体表面负载活性组分,还可有效地改变催化剂表面的性质,改善催化剂的性能。
