The research on the microstructure of B graphite shows that it consists of dissociative ferrite in the centre, around the B grahpite there are dissociative cementite common pearlite,or pearlite richened in silicon with coarse cementite pieces. There mierostructure are greatly dif f ereant ia properties There are pearlite and dissociative ferrite in both synthetical cast iron and common gray iron.Compared with common gray iron,however,in the synthetical cast iron there is developmental pre梕utectic austenite and the distribution type of ferrite weakens the separate effect of graphite on matrix,as a result,the comprehensive property of synthetical cast iron is improved .

通过对合成铸铁和普通灰铸铁进行光学显微镜、彩色金相、扫描电镜下的基体显微组织研究,发现普通铸铁中普遍存在,而合成铸铁中至今未曾发现的B型石墨,其中心为大块或散粒状游离铁素体,外围为游离渗碳体及渗碳体片层粗大的珠光体,高硅及一般珠光体等性能差别悬殊的组织所组成。合成铸铁和普通铸铁中都存在珠光体和游离铁素体,但相比之下,合成铸铁具有发达的先共晶奥氏体,且铁素体的分布形式削弱了石墨对基体的割裂作用,从而改善了综合性能。

Experment and investigation indicated that by means of inoculation treatment the type D graphite cast iron can be obtained in sand mold.In cast iron the relative quantity and the distribution of the eutectic austenite plays a more important role on the mechanical properties than the primary austenite dendrite does. In the type of flaky graphites the type D graphite has the ideal morphology, it not only has the Least cutting action on the metal matrix, but also is advantageous to forming whole network structure...

Experment and investigation indicated that by means of inoculation treatment the type D graphite cast iron can be obtained in sand mold.In cast iron the relative quantity and the distribution of the eutectic austenite plays a more important role on the mechanical properties than the primary austenite dendrite does. In the type of flaky graphites the type D graphite has the ideal morphology, it not only has the Least cutting action on the metal matrix, but also is advantageous to forming whole network structure for eutectic austenite.Different from normal grey cast iron the mechanical strength of type D graphite cast iron heightens progressively with the increase of carbon content within the eutectic range. Compared with the normal grey cast iron of same composition, the tensile strength of type D graphite cast iron rises about 13kg/mm and its bending strength rises about 20kg/mm.

实验研究表明,用孕育处理的方法能在砂型中稳定地获得D型石墨铸铁。在铸铁组织中,共晶奥氏体的相对数量及分布形态较初晶奥氏体对铸铁的机械性能起着更重要的影响作用。在片状石墨这一类中,D型百墨具有较理想的形貌,它不仅对基体的切割作用较小,而且有利于共晶奥氏体形成完整的网络结构。在共晶范围以内,含碳量的提高有利于机械强度的提高。在高含碳量条件下,砂型铸造D型石墨铸铁与同成份普通灰铸铁相比,抗拉强度能提高13kg/mm~2左右,抗弯强度提高20kg/mm~2左右。

In grey cast iron, sulfur is concentrated in the liquid, flake graphiteand on the edge of D-type supercooled graphite eutectic cells, but less sulfur is inaustenite. Besides, the content of sulfur in A-type graphite is higher than that inDtyp graphite, and the sulfur content in eutectic austenite is a little higher thanthat in primary austenite. While in nodular cast iron, less sulfur is in liquid andaustenite, but more in nodular graphite.

采用液淬法配合自射线照相研究了反球化元素硫在铸铁凝固过程各高温相中的分布。结果表明:灰铸铁中,硫在液相及片墨中的浓度较高,在奥氏体中最低,在D型石墨共晶团的周边有富集。在球铁中,球墨中硫的浓度相对较高,液相及奥氏体中则较低。粗片墨(A型)中硫的浓度比细片墨(D型)中的高,共晶奥氏体中硫的浓度高于先共晶枝晶奥氏体。自射线照相中乳胶的感光代表放射性物质的原子百分浓度。
