The principles of operation of the steam-water boiler and its heating

本文简要介绍了汽水两用锅炉及其供热系统的工作原理,并对 SHW6360-13型汽水两用锅炉在汽、水负荷比例改变时,锅炉压力变化速度和水位波动数值进行了理论计算,根据理论计算结果和实际运行经验对该型锅炉的水动力安全性提出一些看法。

本文通过大量试验指出,用BTR,εmin 作结晶裂纹敏感性评定指标的局限性和片面性,并在阐明了临界应变速率CST 不仅能反映材料冶金因素,同时也能反映焊接工艺参数对结晶裂纹敏感性影响规律的基础上,明确提出可用CST作为研究诸因素对结晶裂纹敏感性影响规律的评定指标。本文用CST 这一指标对比评定了锅炉压力容器用19Mn5、BHW-35、14MnMoV、16Mn 等钢种的结晶裂纹倾向以及它们随焊接线能量而变化的规律。试验结果与生产经验的反映有很好的一致性。
