首先 ,利用自组织理论详细分析了军事系统的特点 ,指出军事系统具有开放性 ,军事系统各要素之间存在非线性相互作用 ,且只有远离平衡态的军事系统才能得以发展壮大 ,提出了军事系统中也存在涨落。然后给出了运用自组织理论解决复杂问题 (包括军事系统 )的一般方法。作为例子 ,建立了海军武器装备系统的动力学模型 ,并给出了发展某项目的价值空间。最后对下一步的工作做了展望
