本文介绍一种弧焊机器人自我示教系统的原理和结构。该系统采用接近觉/力觉组合式触觉传感器作为机器人手指来触摸焊缝坡口,用微机及智能控制系统去采集和处理接触状态信息,从而调整“手指”的位置和姿态,使其适合焊接作业对焊枪的工艺要求,在辨识的同时记忆轨迹。此外,文章还深入讨论了摩擦力等问题,并给出了传感器实验标定和辨识逻辑计算机仿真的结果。

A large number of welding operation have to be done under wind condition in site for oil field construction. At present there is not any conclusive data about the influence degrees of wind on the weding quality. This article introduces the experimental research subject and puts fo rward the preliminary conclutions get from the experimental results.

石油工程建设中有大量的焊接作业是在野外有风条件下进行的,而风对焊接质量的影响程度目前尚无结论性资料。本文介绍了针对这一课题而进行的实验研究,并提出了根据实验结果而得到的初步结论。

From the angle of application engineering, this paper advances a two-arm robot used for welding operation so as to improve the guality of welding, and raises a ocrres-ponding model system 2R-3P2R of a two-arm tobot, establishes the coordinate systems of mechanical arm, working piece and word spot respectively. The positions of welding torch which is relative to work spots in the process of welding operation are also described.

从应用工程的角度提出了用双臂机器人进行焊接作业,以提高焊接质量的观点,提出了与之相应的2R-3P2R型双臂机器人系统,建立了机械臂坐标系、工件坐标系和作业点坐标系,描述了在焊接作业过程中焊枪相对于作业点坐标系的相对位姿。
