This paper reviews the principles of FISH and related technologies and their application in the study of silkworm and some other insects of Lepidoptera and discusses their potential uses in the future.

随着家蚕DNA分子标记和物理图谱的发展,基因组序列的释放,以及EST数据库和BAC文库的构建,FISH技术在家蚕的遗传学、基因组学研究,尤其是物理图谱研究中取得重要进展。本文综述了FISH及相关技术原理及近年在家蚕和部分鳞翅目昆虫研究中的应用,并对其在家蚕及鳞翅目昆虫的研究前景作了展望。
