In atmosphere, the spectrum scale is very wide, so in atmospheric boundary layer the magnitude ΦT(K0) or G2T measured by acoustic radar is a random variable obeying the logarithmic normal distribution.We analysed the frequency spectra of ΦT(K0) and found that in the frequency range of 10-3-3 × 10-3 c/s there is a maximum value vange of energy. In atmosphere, the spectrum scale is very wide, so in atmospheric boundary layer the magnitude ΦT(K0) or G2T measured by acoustic radar is a random variable obeying the logarithmic normal distribution.We analysed the frequency spectra of ΦT(K0) and found that in the frequency range of 10-3-3 × 10-3 c/s there is a maximum value vange of energy. Between the maximum value range and high-frequency range exists a sharp transitional band of energy. At past years some meteorologists usually considered that there is a gap in the meso-scale range of spectra. In this articale, it is shown that at meso-scale range, whenever in stable or unstable conditions there is a cyclic activity of time scale from several minites to more ten minites and it makes a great contribution to the energy. This phenomena may be of importance for the theoritical research of the atmospheric turbulence. Since in the atmosphere the spectral range is very wide, we must select correctly the length of mean time in the measurement of meteorological elements or other physical parameters to obtain their stable means.

Formulae for the optimum structure coefficients and some overall distinguishing indexes for six different types of transformers are derived. These results are useful to structural design of transformers and quantitative check of finished products of transformers on techno-economical indexes, and are especially appropriate to automatical optimization of transformer projects by the aid of computers.

For pavement design, a structural coef-ficient is introduced for the calculation of pavement thickness, thus makingthe results of this method more approaching to the exact solution of the multi-layer system. In comparison with the equivalent layer method currently used in our coun-try, this one has the advantages of higher accuracy and wider scope of appli-cation. Furthermore, it may be considered that the new method is clearer inconception, requires simpler calculation than the similar ones adopted abroad(such as the modified Odemack's Method),hence it is easier to be mastered.

本文提出了一个多层弹性体系路面位移和应力的简化计算方法,这个方法在进行层次当量换算时,考虑了荷载随深度的扩散影响;为了路面结构设计的需要,在计算厚度时引进了一个结构系数。如此,使得简化法的计算结果与多层体系精确解十分接近。 这个方法与国内现有的等效层法比较,在一定范围内具有精度较高、适用范围较广的优点;与国外类似方法比较(如修正Odemack法),具有概念清楚、计算简便、容易掌握的优点。
