高精度同步进给技术目前仍然是世界各国重型机床行业所面临的重大研究课题。为解决诸如龙门移动型数控重型镗铣床一类加工设备的龙门框架、横梁等大型部件的高速度、高精度平行移动等问题,采用直线伺服进给直接传动方案。对同一直线伺服系统内的双位置环间的动态同步进给控制问题进行了研究。在分析双位置环进给产生不同步现象原因的基础上,基于H_∞控制理论设计了一个同步进给控制器,以解决双位置环系统输出端机械耦合和其它扰动等不确定性因素对同步精度的影响。通过对电流环进行补偿控制提高响应速度实现动态同步进给。每一位置环采用独立的IP位置控制器以保证系统的跟随特性及进一步提高抗干扰能力。仿真结果表明了所设计方案的合理有效性。
