It can not meet with the needs of scientific research and production.In this paper simulant cell is controlled by TP-801 single-board computer to make intermittent and continuous discharge with constant resistance to determine equivalent factor of simulant cell to R20 cell discharge. Thus the discharge capacity of the unknown sample can be predicted and the voltage-time discharge curves are plotted.This experiment with simple equipment and stable system and high precision of measurement and short time-period can provide simple method for screening MnO2 and making up a prescreption.

当前对MnO_2放电容量的测定都采用制做实际电池进行常规放电的方法,此法可靠但实验周期长,远不能满足当今科研、生产发展的需要。本实验采用TP~801单板机控制模拟电池,使其定电阻进行间歇放电和连续放电,确定出模拟电池相对R20电池放电结果的等效系数,从而可以预测未知样品的放电容量,并可绘出电压—时间的放电曲线。 本试验装置简单、系统稳定,测量精度高,时间短,可以初步筛选MnO_2粉或优选搭配配方提供了快速简便的方法。

Most medullary inspiratory neurons and phrenic nerve ceased firing, whilethe majority of expiratory neurons fired continuously during the period of apneainduced by intracarotid sinus injection of sodium citrate and during the lengthenedexpiratory phase caused by sustaining lung inflation. Furthermore, the dischargefrequencies of most expiratory neurons were continuously higher than or near totheir normal peak frequencies, and in the mean time, the electrical activities ofinternal intercostal muscles increased....

The phrenic discharges did not recoveruntil the discharges of the expiratory neurons declined or ceased. The resultssuggest that the maintenance of expiratory apnea or lengthened expiratory phasemay be in relation to sustaining excitation of expiratory neurons. Several expiratory-inspiratory (EI) neurons with an augmenting frequency pattern were recordedin front of the obex. During apnea, these EI neurons fired continuously at a lowerfrequency and increased their firing rates progressively. The phrenic nerve restoredto fire just at the point when the EI neurons increased their firing rates abruptly.These results indicate that the EI neurons may be responsible for the start of inspira-tion. In addition, the mechanism of genesis of respiratory rhythm was discussed.
