本文介绍了CO_2红外仪单参数控制渗碳技术。文中简述了碳势控制原理,并就这一闭环系统中,每一控制环节对整个控制系统的稳定性、可靠性的影响做了一定的实验,在实验的基础上,提出了该控制系统稳定控制的方式和部分边界条件。就炉盖结构、渗剂给定方式对控制系统稳定性及渗碳周期的影响做了工作,并据此论证了此项技术在我国推广应用的技术价值和前景。

On the basis of the former work [l ], heat transfer analysis of soaking pit lid, which is attached with refractory of different thicknesses, is made in the paper. The temperaturt distribution of the lid and the position of the region which is cold one minute and hot the next are obtained. The results of the paper will be usefu! not only for lid optimal design but also for energy-saving.

Heat balance, temperature distributions, gass composition, infiltration levels, fuel comsumption are determined for a given set of operation and design parameters. Model characteristics...
