The application of chemical products of instable chemical property and liable to dangerous reaction, such as oxidizing agents, have been increasing with the development of industry and agriculture in our country, and hence their transportation. Many explosions have occurred worldwide in transporting and handling the chemical products of oxidizing agents, as well as in storage, which was reported at the 6th symposium on the transportation of dangerous goods by sea,held in 1980.

随着我国工农业生产的发展,一批化学性能不稳定、容易发生危险反应的氧化剂类化工产品的使用及运输正在不断增加。据1980年召开的第六届国际危险货物海上运输会议报道,近几年来国际间运输、装卸、贮存氧化剂类危险品时曾发生多起燃烧爆炸事故。为保证这类产品的安全贮运,作者对这些事故中氧化剂类危险品的热化学特性作了说明,提出了预测氧化剂类产品可能会发生危险反应的几种方法,阐述了对氧化剂类危险货物的配载要求,并就如何安全运输这类货物提出了建议。
