The present paper attempts at a discussion of the catalytic effect of a new catalyst on the combstion of double-base propellant, establishing itself on the combustion theory based upon molecular catalysis. In the process of reaction of the catalyst, the metal (lead) contained in it is introduced in a molecular state into the substance catalyzed (nitro-cellulose). As a result, a new component called nitrocellulose lead, a form of metallic polymer is thus formed. The formation of this new component in doable-base...

The present paper attempts at a discussion of the catalytic effect of a new catalyst on the combstion of double-base propellant, establishing itself on the combustion theory based upon molecular catalysis. In the process of reaction of the catalyst, the metal (lead) contained in it is introduced in a molecular state into the substance catalyzed (nitro-cellulose). As a result, a new component called nitrocellulose lead, a form of metallic polymer is thus formed. The formation of this new component in doable-base propel lants may not only help to overcome some difficulties caused in the technological process of propel-lant manufacture due to the use of inorganic and organic lead salts, but may also improve homogeneity of the propel lant components and stability of combustion. Results obtained from the experiments show that in the case of 5 and 7% nitrocellulose - lead introduced into the double-base propellant, plateau characteristic appears on the u(p) curve within the range of 40-100 atm, with the pressure exponent of 0.24. This is the range of pressure appl id in most solid propellant engines.

本文基于分子催化燃烧理论的设想,研究了一种新催化剂对双基药燃烧的催化作用。这种新催化剂是将起催化作用的金属(铅)以分子状态引进到被催化的物质(硝化棉)之中——硝棉铅,它是金属高聚物的一种。在双基药中使用硝棉铅可以克服使用无机或有机的铅盐而导致制造火药工艺中的困难和成分的不均一性及燃烧的不稳定性。本实验得出结果:双基药中加入5和7%硝棉铅,在40~100大气压区间出现接近平台的u(P)曲线,其压力指数为0.24。此压力范围正是大多数固体燃料发动机所使用的。

In this note, we consider some initial-boundary value problems of partial differential equations for instability and fracture problems of escape vehicle. Then, we show that the singgular integral equation methods, J-integral (of 3-D) methods and boundary element methods etc are fine techniques for the treatment of the fracture problems of spacecraft.

本文考虑火箭燃烧室燃烧不稳定性,固体推进剂不稳定燃烧,液体火箭贮箱推进剂晃动引起火箭系统不稳定性以及航天飞行不稳定性等问题的偏微分方程组定解问题。并指明航天飞行器的断裂问题是断裂力学的时代问题之一,研究它的数学方法如奇异积分方程法,J积分方法,研究复合材料的线性断裂力学原理以及处理边缘断裂问题的边界单元法都是值得探讨的。

This paper presents computation and analysis of tangential mode of high frequency combustion instability in FY-20 liquid propellant rocket engine by means of the annular instability model. The results show that the tangential mode of high frequency unstable conbustion does not occur in the engine, that coincides with the experimental results. Concrete steps and some effective measures for improving the liquid propellant rocket engine which is weak in the tangential mode of high frequency stability are also described...

本文用环形不稳定性计算模型计算、分析了FY-20液体火箭发动机的切向高频燃烧不稳定性。其结果与热试车结果是一致的。根据所得结果,为此发动机中安装径向隔板的必要性提供了理论依据井对稳定性不佳的液体火箭发动机提出了具体改进步骤及一些有效措施。
