Based on analyzing the influence on control system in space radiating environment, the cold backup technique, software redundancy technique and software trap technique are detailedly introduced.

In this paper, the easy , practical and economical redundancy design methods of improving the reliability of measurement system are discussed. The two parts of hardware redundant design and software redundant design are included. Finally, an example is shown in the paper to illustrate the way in the measurement system design .
