Column I packed with a mixture of salicylaldehyde and liquid paraffin as stationary liquid was used to separate and analyse the components such as allene,methylacetylene, butadiene,vinylacetylene,and diacetylene.The time required for a complete analysis is about 18 minutes. Column Ⅱ containing a serial packing of adsorbents of active carbon and Type 5A molecular sieve was used to analyse oxygen,nitrogen,methane,and carbon monoxide. Carbon dioxide,ethylene,and acetylene were analysed on column Ⅲ filled with active carbon and silica gel in series.Samples were injected separatively.The total time of analysis is about 20 minutes. The results of determination and computation indicate that the minimum detectable quantity of gaseous impurities is 1.16—36 ppm.With impurities ranging from 0.005 to 0.5%,the reproducibility expressed as relative average deviation is less than ±10%,and the accuracy expressed as relative average error is less than ±5%.

为测定天然气制取的浓乙炔中的微量杂质气体,采用氢作载气,自制热导池为鉴定器,国产大华电子电位计为记录仪的气液色谱及气固色谱法,以水杨醛和液体石蜡混合固定液的色谱柱分离测定其中的丙二烯、甲基乙炔、丁二烯、乙烯基乙炔、丁二炔等五个组分,一次分析时间为18分钟。另以活性炭柱和5A分子筛柱串联及活性炭柱和硅胶柱串联,两次进样,分离测定其中氧、氮、甲烷、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、乙烯等组分,一次分析时间20分钟,本法的最低检出浓度为1.16至36.0×10~(-6),杂质气体含量在0.5至0.005%范围内的分析重复性以相对平均偏差表示<±10%,准确度以相对平均误差表示<±5%。

The technology process of recoverying helium by cryogenic method is described in this articole. Purification. precold and the production technogy for extracting the raw and pure helium are emphatically introducted. This separation, technology is of high cryoefficiency.adjustment adaptability and high recovery ratio. It has reasonable technico-economical index and can obtain high-purity helium from the raw gas containing less helium.

本文叙述用深冷法从天然气中提取氦气的工艺过程。重点介绍原料气的净化、预冷、提取粗氦和纯氦的生产工艺。采用这种工艺,产冷量大、调节灵活、回收率高。具有合理的技术经济指标,能从含氦较低的原料气中获得高纯度的氦气。

Ni-Cr/SiO_2 catalyst is used in this conversion research for rernoving methane hornoiogs from natural gas.Methane homologs can be reduced from about 1%to below 500ppm at atmospheric pressure and 270℃. A new chemical equation for the reaction of ethane with steam is suggested. It is pointed out that the steam conversion is similar to hydrocracking of methane homologs.

采用水蒸汽催化法脱除天然气中甲烷同系物的新工艺路线,满足了天然气热氯化法生产氯甲烷的要求。实验室筛选的Ni-Cr/SiO_2催化剂,在常压和270℃下,可使甲烷同系物从1%左右降至500ppm以下。提出了乙烷与水蒸汽转化反应的新化学计量方程式,对已有的反应机理作了补充,指出甲烷同系物的水蒸汽转化与其加氢裂解反应的相似本质。
