A model for FCC regenerator with fast fluidization is proposed. It is based on the kinetics of combustion of coke on the catalyst and the theory of fast fluidization. 以催化剂再生动力学和快速床流态化理论为基础,建立了催化裂化装置前置式烧焦罐高效再生器数学模型。对工业装置进行的4次标定数据验证了数学模型,证明烧焦罐内传热传质均存在轴向返混,并且返混程度较大。本文开发了高效再生器数学模拟软件,可以计算烧焦罐内轴向密度分布、温度分布、催化剂上碳含量分布和气体中氧浓度分布以及再生剂含碳量等。以模拟软件对工业高效再生器几个主要操作因素(催化剂循环比、烧焦罐主风比例和二密相床催化剂藏量)进行了考察,并对齐鲁石化公司北催化裂化装置高效再生器烧焦能力进行了考察。
