By analysing the motion principle and the traditional way of calculating the motion and force of a sintering machine,the auther, through the experiment, establishes a new theory on the motion principle,which is identical with the actual motion state,and derives its formula, the value of which tallies with the result from the experiment,which can be used as reference for designing a sintering machine.

结合实验对烧结机的运动原理、受力状态等常规算法进行了剖析,研究并提出与其对应的新算法,描述并给出了相应的推导公式。新算法与烧结机的实际运动状态相一致,计算式的算值与烧结模型试验相吻合,可以供设计应用参考。
