A single tube evaporator was designed for investigating heat transter coefficients of liquid metals .t either horizontal or vertical position. The heating element, the evaporating vessel and the :ondenser were made of stainless steel.

由于原子能、动力工业、化学工业中技术的进展,目前研究液体金属沸腾传热具有理论和实际的意义。建立了实验设备,对汞和汞齐进行了沸腾给热实验。实验范围是:q=5000~47000千卡/米~2小时;p=1~11绝对压力;沸点t_k=355.9~524℃;p_r=0.0098~0.0077。 实验结果表明: (1)纯汞在常压下沸腾具有膜状沸腾特征,而在加压下沸腾则具有核状沸腾特征。 (2)压力对汞沸腾传热之影响与一般液体不同,在压力4~11大气压范围内变化时,对高热负荷而言压力升高给热系数反而下降。 (3)加入少量镁能改善浸润性能和传热效果,使α上升。加入量增加,α也增大,α=Aq~n中指数n也增大。压力变化对镁汞齐沸腾给热影响不大。 (4)指出现有关于核状沸腾转变为膜状沸腾的理论有片面性。应该同时考虑汽化中心密度和接触角改变的影响,至于哪一个因素是主要的,则需视物料与传热表面之浸润性而定。 (5)得到的汞和镁汞齐压力下沸腾给热实验公式,可供生产设计部门参考。

This paper discusses the behaviour of the fatigue crack growth subjected to con stant range loading and variable range loading and the program simulation method of fatigue life under random loading The fatigue life of 16Mn steel is predicted by the fatigue crack growth test. The results show that the fatigue life can be predi- cted more accurately if considering the actual variation of loading which provides a better foundation for engineering design. In brief, the steps of the method are as follows: first, the probability model is set up for the statistical analysis of random loading; second, the random series is generated by the numerical method, Monte-Carlo method, and finally the fatigue life is evaluated by the computer program simulation. The results agree essentially with the test data of variable range loading. It shows this method is practical and effective, and is an improvement and development of conventional methods in fa- tigue test and analysis.

本文主要探讨了恒幅和变幅载荷作用下疲劳裂纹扩展规律及随机载荷作用下疲劳寿命的模拟方法。通过对16Mn钢的疲劳裂纹扩展试验、分析和数据处理估算出材料的疲劳寿命,说明考虑了载荷实际变动能更接近准确地估算疲劳寿命,为生产设计提供了依据。 对随机载荷的统计分析建立概率模型,并用数值计算方法——蒙特卡罗法产生随枫序列,由计算机程序模拟计算出疲劳寿命.它和变幅试验结果基本符合.说明此法应用于断裂力学中是可行的.它是对传统疲劳试验和分析方法的改进和发展.
