Starting from Wigner distribution function, the changes in the beam quality (M2-factor) of GSM beams propagating through an axicons have been calculated.The results have shown that the increment of the beam quality factor is dependent on the input beain width, refractivc index of the axicon material and the angle of the axicon.

本文从Wigner分布函数出发,计算GSM(GaussianSchell-Model)光束经过角棱锥之后光束质量因子(M2因子)的变化。结果表明,经过角棱锥之后,光束质量因子的增量依赖于输入的光束半径、角棱锥材料的折射率和角棱锥角度。
