An analysis of S_1 stream surface, which is assumed as an arbitrary surface of revolution, is made. The equation of velocity gradient along a quasi-orthogonal line is...

In this report a program for calculating steady, subsonic, adiabatic, nonviscous, quasi-three-dimensional flow in centrifugal compressor is worked out: For given geometry of an impeller, using a mass flow function in a picture plane, the influence of rotation of an impeller is represented by the distributed vorticity, which varies with radius. An analysis of S_1 stream surface, which is assumed as an arbitrary surface of revolution, is made. The equation of velocity gradient along a quasi-orthogonal line is derived, and an analysis of average S_2 stream surface is made with streamline curvature method and the integral form of equation of continuity. Then the quasi-three-dimensional solution is obtained by using mutual iterating of S_1. S_2 stream surfaces. The calculation is accurate and time saving. The problem of convergency of the velocity in the calculation of S_2 stream surface is discussed. The calculated results of the program are used for discussing the effect of the inducer blade form, of the meridional hubshroud impeller profile and of the distribution of polytropic efficiency, on the velocity distribution.

Starting from the theory for solving the three-dimensional flow by cross iteration of two families of stream-surfaces, proposed first by Professor Wu, the present paper gives a "stream-surface coordinate" iterative method in arbitrary through flow sections. Through the use of two sets of non-orthogonal stream-surface coordinates suited for various kind of turbomachines, velocity gradient equations along these two sets of coordinate directions are iteratively solved, and the complete three-dimensional flow fields...

Starting from the theory for solving the three-dimensional flow by cross iteration of two families of stream-surfaces, proposed first by Professor Wu, the present paper gives a "stream-surface coordinate" iterative method in arbitrary through flow sections. Through the use of two sets of non-orthogonal stream-surface coordinates suited for various kind of turbomachines, velocity gradient equations along these two sets of coordinate directions are iteratively solved, and the complete three-dimensional flow fields in turbomachinery are obtained.The results of numerical examples have given two families of stream-surfaces, both twisted in their shape. A comparison has been made with the result, of the common-used two-dimensional stream-surface solution. The calculation has also been made for a. tested centrifugal compressor impeller, the comparison with measurement result is satisfactory.

从吴仲华教授最早提出的两类流面交叉求解三元流动的理论出发,本文给出一种任意通流截面上的“流面坐标”迭代法,采用适合各类叶轮机械的两组非正交流面坐标,以及沿这两组坐标方向速度梯度方程的迭代求解,得到了叶轮机械内部的完全三元流场。 计算实例给出了均为扭曲的两类流面形状,并与普通的二元流面解进行了比较,在一个试验过的离心压气机叶轮的计算中还与测量结果进行了比较,结果是满意的.

In this paper a theoretical formula indicating the influence factors of the well known Rheingans number is given firstly. From this formula we can explain the tendency that the hydrovibration frequency increased with decreasing wicket gate opening of Francis turbines. The phenomena of pressure surge amplitude varying with the operating condition are explained approximately by two pressure gradient equations.

本文首次提出能表征著名Rheingans数的影响因素的理论公式。此式可以解释水力振动频率随混流式水轮机导叶开度减小而增高的趋势,并用两个压力梯度方程初步阐述了压力脉动振幅随工况而变化的现象。
