As a matter of fact, each sampling and data between traces are closely related to each other. It is possible to compress the data in order to make full use of the transmitted and recorded traces and to raise the efficiency of seismic work.Recent advances in statistical mathematics, digital and semi-conductor techniques could be used to compress the data at the geophones and to restore the informations from the compressed data. This may provide a way for manufacturing data compression seimic instruments.

本文介绍沃希变换和符号位检测在地震勘探中的应用.当前,各种数字地震仪都是把各次采样和各道间数据作为独立的、不相关的信息进行传输和记录,因而传输和记录了大量多余的信息.实际上,各次采样和各道间的数据都密切相关,可以将这些信号的数据进行压缩,以充分应用传输和记录信道,提高地震勘探的效率.目前,统计数学、数学技术和半导体技术的成就,已可以实现在检波器站上将数据压缩;在计算站上也有从压缩的数据中检出有用的信息恢复其本来面貌的能力.这就为研制数据压缩的地震仪创造了条件.

The development of contemporary building design and construction has given rise to a series of new requirements to the science and technique of building structures. In this respect, the rational formulation of structural safety by the mathematical theory of statistics and the common unified design rules for different types of construction and material, the development of structural mechanics for raising the level of structural designs, the widening of the domain for the use of prestressed concrete structures, the application of new building materials in the evolution of traditional structures and the acceleration of the development of industrialized building structural systems should be listed among the important problems in the development of the science and technique of contemporary building structures and deserve our immediate attention and effort.

现代建筑的设计与施工对建筑结构科学技术提出了一系列新的要求。运用统计数学理论,合理确定结构安全性及各类结构与材料的统一设计准则;发展建筑结构力学,提高结构设计水平;扩大预应力混凝土结构的应用范围;采用新型结构材料,改革传统结构和加速发展工业化建筑结构体系等,都是现代建筑结构科学技术发展中的重要问题,亟应引起我们的重视与努力。
