The forecasted RON, MON and PON of the unknown gasolines can be obtained simultaneously byusing 3 ml samples within three minutes with satisfactory accuracy compared with ASTM method.

用近红外光谱预测汽油辛烷值的方法,将辛烷值机ASTM-CFR测定的汽油辛烷值数据与汽油的近红外光谱数据用多重线性回归(MLR)和偏最小二乘法回归(PLS)等化学计量方法关联,建立了汽油辛烷值的3个预测模型,可用来预测催化裂化汽油、重整汽油(包括烷基化汽油)和二者与直馏汽油的调合油的马达法辛烷值(MON)、研究法辛烷值(RON)和抗爆指数(泵浦法辛烷值PON),预测均方误差为0.7个辛烷值单位。可与ASTM-CFR相应方法的结果比较。将根据预测模型发展的软件安装于北京第二光学仪器厂试制的付立叶变换近红外光谱仪上,首次研制成功了FT-NIR辛烷值仪。测量所需汽油试样为3mL,测定时间少于3min。

The programming temperature retention time of each component of the alkylation gasoline was transformed to constant temperature retention index. A new method was set up for the type analysis of hydrocarbon in the alkylation gasoline with the difference between the retention indices of the components on stationary phases SE - 54 and OV - 1 at the same temperature. The correctness of this method was proved by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry.

That is, when a trace amount ( 0 019?2% in mass fraction) of hydrogen fluoride is added into the feedstock, the yield of the target alkylation product, trimethyl pentane, and the total concentration of C 8 alkanes in alkylate are enhanced greatly under the supercritical reaction conditions of 137 ℃ and 5 0 MPa. The trimethyl pentane to dimethyl hexane molar ratio increases over one time. In other words, the trace amount of HF acts as a reaction promoter and can raise the catalyst selectivity for the alkylation significantly. This special action of the trace amount of the promoter in alkylation is defined as promotion effect, which has been confirmed repeatedly in our laboratory.

研究了负载型杂多酸催化剂 2 0 %H3 PW12 O40 /SiO2 催化的异丁烷与丁烯的烷基化反应 .发现当在反应物料中加入0 0 192 % (质量分数 )含强电负性元素F的反应助剂HF后 ,在超临界烷基化反应条件下 (137℃和 5 0MPa) ,反应产物烷基化汽油中C8烷烃的含量和目的产物三甲基戊烷的收率均大幅度提高 ,三甲基戊烷与二甲基己烷的摩尔比值提高了一倍以上 .这是一个重要和有趣的实验现象 ,它说明微量HF反应助剂可大幅度提高固体酸催化剂对烷基化反应的选择性 .我们把微量反应助剂在固体酸催化烷基化反应中的这种特殊作用称为对烷基化反应的促进效应 ,这种促进效应已经在我们实验室中被反复证实 .
