This paper discussed a method for the determination of a steady-state speed fluctuations of a mechanical system,from a random initial speed (?)_0 for solving the differential equation of motion.First,the monotonicity of the (?)_t-(?)_0vs.(?)_0 curve was analysed and then the bisecting searching technique was applied for quick convergency.The numerical example illustrated this method and compared the results from two different convergency criteria.
