本文根据某铀-煤矿的热工特性,和煤粉炉悬浮燃烧的特点,以及水冶对灰化条件的要求,讨论了灰粒在炉内的停留时间和灰粒在炉内高温区的接触几率对灰中铀浸出的影响。悬浮状态下燃烧灰化铀-煤矿,灰粒在炉内高温区停留时间短,接触几率少,因而可以避免或减轻灰化过程中由于碰撞接触而发生的烧结物对铀的包裹作用,故有利于煤灰中铀的浸出。

This paper analyses the shortcomings existed in the old type annealing furnace which still used in producing malleable casting, On these basis the author introduces. the theoretical conception to develop a new type annealing furnace with spiral suspended burning. 针对锅炉出力不足、浪费能源、污染环境等"老大难"问题,在分析的基础上介绍了均匀分层、半沸腾、半悬浮燃烧技术,炉内消烟、除尘、节煤技术和分相、分层、分段燃烧技术。八家锅炉改造实践证明,这些技术能够有效地解决现在锅炉存在的"老大难"问题,确是投资少、见效快、经济效益显著的先进的燃煤技术。
