From this study it is shown that the genetic resources of quantitative characters of these local varieties of soybeans are very abundant, that the simple selection is still one of the important methods in soybean breeding, and that to study the local varieties with the methods of quantitative genetics is of great importance both in theory and practice in soybean breeding.

本文研究江淮下游地区大豆地方品种有关生育期、产量、机械化栽培共17种数量性状的遗传变异。根据这些性状的表型和遗传型方差、遗传型变异系数及遗传力,估计预期遗传进度,从而揭示从大豆地方品种自然群体进行选择的潜力和预期效果。研究证实了本区大豆地方品种数量性状的遗传资源非常丰富;系统育种仍是大豆育种主要方法之一,应加以重视;并提出用数量遗传方法整理和研究大豆地方品种是育种理论和实践上都有意义的方法。

The inbred line 1029 with stronger adaptability, higher combining ability and higher yield has been bred by American maize hybrid XL80. The inbred line 1029 with stronger adaptability, higher combining ability and higher yield has been bred by American maize hybrid XL80. Many crossbreeds combined with the inbred line 1029 were utilized for production in various regions, showing the following characters: high and stable yield in reproducing single-cross and hybrid; early-muturing, suitable for summer sowing in Jiaodong district; good resistance to leaf blight and leaf spot; drought-resistance and barren-resistance; wider adaptability; faster rate of filling and mutures with a green stem; higher 1000-grain weight and better grain quality. 作者利用美国玉米单交种XL80育成适应性强、配合力高、自身产量高的自交系1029。各地用1029已经组配多种杂交组合在生产上利用,表现制种产量高,杂种产量高而稳定;早熟,适合胶东地区夏播;抗大、小叶斑病,抗旱、耐瘠、适应性强;灌浆快,活秆成熟,粒大,籽粒品质好。本文概述了1029的选育经过,本身特点及其利用;并就1029的育种实践讨论了一些育种理论问题。

In order to promote the study level for soybean breeding, and speed up progress for developing new soybean cultivars with high yield , resistant to dieeases and good quality , analysis to the types of soybean crossing combinations made from 1971 - 1982 were conducted. The result show that the rates of selected good cultivars and good strains from three way cross, namely "Local cultivar X (Local cutivar X Introduced cultivar)" , is higher than that of selected from single cross. The result show that the rates of selected good cultivars and good strains from three way cross, namely "Local cultivar X (Local cutivar X Introduced cultivar)" , is higher than that of selected from single cross. Characters in high yield, and in resistance are superior to that of cultivars developed from 3-way cross when applyed in production. Sui Nong No.4 , No.5, No.6, No.8 soybean were all cultivars developed from the three way cross. So, three way cross is worthily advocating for soybean breeding either for practice or for the oretical study.

为了进一步提高大豆育种研究水平,加快高产、抗病、优质大豆新品种选育进程,对1971~1982年11年的亲本选配及组合配制方式进行了分析,对三交组合即当地良种×(当地良种×外引良种)F_1选出的优良品种及品系的统计分析表明:三交组合较单交组合选出的优良品种及品系机率高,且丰产性能、抗病性能优于生产品种。绥农4、绥农5、绥农6、绥农8号四个大豆新品种均是以三交组合方式选育成功的。育种理论分析、经验和实践都表明三交组合方式值得提倡。
