We have studied the mathematical expressions of the constraints (power balance, the limits of flow of cascade hydroelectric power stations in all-day, water heads limits, power limits and flow limits of hydroelectrie power stations). Using mixed penalty function method SUMT (sequential unconstrained minimization technique) we transform the constrained nonlinear programming problem into a series of equivalent unconstrained minimization problemsThen we directly find the inverse matrix of Hessian matrix t define search direction S4 = - (He)-1 by the variable metric method BFS (a quasi-Newton method) of the algorithms of unconstrained minimization, and tind the optimal step-length of search direction by proportional factor method of unidimensional search. We had derived the formulas for calculating the gradient of the augmented objective function p in detail, and had drawn the flow charts and had programmed the algorithmic language programms in ALGOL for computer DJS-6. Recently, we have taken a test calculation and analyzing the results and compared it with the original design of an actual cascade hydroelectric power stations, decreasing the water rate of cascade, increasing the quantity of active power, obtaining an industrial satisfactory economical advantage. We have provided a realizable design for real-timecontrol by computers.

本文运用运筹学中的非线性规划建立了梯级水电站有功功率最优分配的数学模型,提出了梯级水电站经济调度新的最优准则——梯级水电站全日各时段水头加权耗水率为最小。即目标函数为 其中Q=(Q_(11),…,Q_(1T),Q_(21),…,Q_(2T),…,Q_(n1),…,Q_(nT))′为nT维流量矢量。探讨了约束条件(出力平衡、梯级水电站日流量限制、水电站水头限制、出力限制和流量限制)的数学表达式,用混合罚函数法SUMT(序列无约束极小化方法)将该约束非线性规划问题变为~系列等价的无约束极小化问题 然后用无约束极小化算法中的变尺度法BFS(一种拟Newton法)迳求Hesse阵之逆来确定搜索方向s~k=-(He)_k~(-1)▽φ~k,又用一维搜索的比例因子法求搜索方向的最优步长。导出了计算增广目标函数φ的梯废公式,绘制了框图和编出了DJS-6机ALGOL算法语言程序,现已调通了整个程序对实际水电站进行了试算和分析,与初始方案作了对比,降低了梯级耗水率,能多发电,取得了工业上比较满意的经济效益。为电子计算机在线控制提供了实施方案。

By using a mathematical transformation, this model can be transferred to an unconstraint minimization problem, to be solved with modificative Powell's method. By combining the hydraulic computation, structural analysis and optimizing scheme together to form a programming, and using CROMEMCO computer,it takes about ten minutes to obtain an optimization design. 本文提出了侧糟式溢洪道的优化设计数学模型,并用数值变换手段使成为无约束极小化问题,用修正的Powell法求解。把水为计算、结构分析和方案优化结合在一个程序中,在CROMEMKO机上,约十分钟即可求得优化设计方案,就算例而论,最优设计比通常的可行设计节省工程费用17%以上。
