It has been shown that recovery factor will increase wi th the gas-steam ratio, and the tendency become mild after steam temperature in creasing. Favorable gas-steam ratio is 0.5∶1, if flue gas is mixed with steam in the experiment, and additional 3% recovery can be reached for Block Gao-3 oi l field.

高 3断块位于辽河盆地西部凹陷北端 ,根据高 3断块的油藏条件 ,通过室内驱替实验研究了烟道气蒸汽混注条件下的驱油效率 ,并通过理论计算和原油模拟蒸馏实验对混注时的驱替机理进行了分析。结果表明 ,混注条件下蒸汽组分的分压降低 ,井底蒸汽干度相应提高 ,因此在注入相同的蒸汽质量当量下 ,热流体的波及范围增大 ;混注时原油蒸汽蒸馏效应得到强化 ,原油的初馏点温度降低了 2 2℃ ,注汽温度为 2 2 0℃下原油可蒸馏体积增加值由驱替初期的 5 %提高到 10 %。烟道气蒸汽混注驱替实验结果表明 ,低注汽温度范围 (<2 2 0℃ )内 ,气汽混注比例增加 ,驱替效率升高 ,高注汽温度范围 (≥ 2 2 0℃ )内 ,气汽混注比例增加 ,驱替效率增值缓慢。对于高 3断块 ,适宜的混注气汽比例为 0 .5∶1,比纯蒸汽驱原油采收率提高 3 %。

In consideration of the characters of heavy oil reservoirs in Block Mian 120,the mechanism of nitrogen-assisted steam stimulation is studied.Through analyzing the effect of temperature and nitrogen on crude oil viscosity the influences of different nitrogen injection volume and injection modes on steam displacement are contrasted,the mechanism of nitrogen-assisted steam stimulation is clarified,which includes: ①heat carrying capacity is raised, the saturation of remaining oil is reduced after nitrogen-assisted injection is made;②crude oil flow is enhanced because of nitrogen compression and dispersion and the change of oil flow shape;③water back-production rate is improved by expanding the steam sweep volume and compensating in-situ energy;④steam distillation effect is enhanced.Therefore the effect of nitrogen on oil viscosity is less,while the oil viscosity is still the action of high temperature steam.

针对面120块稠油油藏特点,开展了氮气辅助蒸汽增产机理研究。通过分析温度、氮气对原油粘度的影响,对比不同注氮量、不同注入方式等对蒸汽驱油效果的影响,弄清了氮气辅助蒸汽增产的机理主要表现在:①氮气辅助后增加携热能力,降低残余油饱和度;②氮气的压缩膨胀作用分散和改变了原油流动形态,增强了原油流动性;③扩大蒸汽的波及体积,补充地层能量,提高回采水率;④强化蒸汽蒸馏效应。此外,氮气对原油粘度影响较小,原油降粘仍是高温蒸汽的作用。
