This paper theoretically discussed the function of spectralshaping filter (SSF ) in high resolution exploration application. The SSF can compensate the losses by ab-sorption,lower instrument's equivalent input noise level, widen the.instantaneous dynamic range and sys-tem dynamic range. Based on the analysis of SSF on System- I (System-II ), it is indicated that the highfrequency lifting, the lifting ratio and the range of frequency to be lifted both are important factors affecting the proper function of SSF.

The effect of earths absorption wane to the high frequency signal is the chief reason for causing the resolution of the seismic prospecting not being high.In the field seismic data system of high resolution,the spectrum shaping filter (SSF)is a important part which we set.In this paper,the relations between the earths absorption wane and the communication distance of seismic wave, frequence, time and medium velocity are discussed. The level of resolution reducing due to earths absorption wane and the SSF compensation effect to the high frequency signal are studied by using the computer analogue technique. It is pointed out that the SSF resolution compensation is only about 42.5% in the resolution reducing caused by earths absorption wane.

地层的高频吸收衰减效应是导致地震勘探分辨率不高的主要原因 ,在高分辨率野外地震数据采集系统中 ,频谱整形滤波器 (SSF)是所设置的重要部件。文章讨论了地层吸收衰减与地震波的传播距离、频率、时间和介质波速的关系 ;用计算机模拟的方法研究地层吸收衰减使分辨率降低的程度和 SSF对高频信号的补偿效果 ,指出了 SSF对分辨率的补偿量只占由于地层吸收衰减而导致分辨率降低量的 42 .5 %左右

On the basis of theoretical study,a new idea to solve the problem of high frequency signal recording by using time varying spectrum shaping filter with fixed gain was put forward, and the design principle and work flow on this filter were described in detail. At the same time,the capability of improving high frequency signal recording for this filter was also analysed. Results show that the limits of high frequency recording can be enhanced about one times.

在理论研究的基础上 ,文章提出用固定增益时变频谱整形滤波器来解决高频地震信号可记录性的新方案。并对滤波器的设计原理、工作过程及其对高频信号可记录性改善的效果作了详细分析。结果表明采用该滤波器可使高频地震信号可记录的极限频率提高约一倍
