It is important that the frequency of ultrasonic generator tracks the transducer mechanical resonance in the power ultrasonic equipment. This paper describes the electronic structure of which automatic frequency-tracking has been implemented with help of IC model CD4046 and its operating principle. We did two tests and got satisfactory results.

功率超声设备中,频率自动跟踪技术是一个重要课题。本文叙述了用CD4046锁相环实现频率自动跟踪的电路结构和工作原理。经两项实验测试表明:该系统的跟踪性能良好,电路又较简便。

The essential function and key techniques for design of generator in ultrasonic plastic welder are studied according to the technology of ultrasonic plastic welding and the transducers properties,Fine frequency automatic track circuit is designed and key techniques such as automatic adjustment of power,match circuit are experimently studied.

本文从超声波塑料焊工艺特点和换能器特性出发,对发生器应具备的功能、技术关键进行了分析和研究。根据实际研究中出现的问题,设计了较为完善的频率自动跟踪电路,并对焊机的功率自动调节、电路匹配等技术关键进行了实验研究和探讨分析。
