A study and analysis have been made on the nutrient constituent of Citrus medica L. vat. elhrog Engl, Zizyphus mauritiana Lain, and Docynia delavayi (Franeh.) Schneid. by the authors, The data include measurements of rough proteins, rough fat, sugar content (i. e. sucrose, glucose and fructose), vitamin C, and trace elements of Zn, Cu, Fe, ere. Compared with the data of other corn,non fruits, suggestions in the utilizing and processing the three kinds of fruits arc also given in this paper.

Though the hard endo carp retarded water penetration, but the germination was not affected. Presowing treatment with l00~ 200 mg.l~(-1) GA_3 could improve germination significantly.

毛叶枣种子鲜播发芽率很低,30 d后发芽率最高,贮藏寿命约为 360 d。种子萌发力与种子胚发育状况和品种特性有关。温度是影响毛叶枣种子萌发的一个重要因子。以30 ℃为宜,25℃及以下低温和35℃高温对发芽不利。硬核壳对水分渗透有阻碍作用,但对种子萌发无显著影响。100~200 mg·1~(-1)GA_3能有效促进种子的萌发。

Effects of several plant growth regulators (GA, IBA, PP333 and S-3307) on the seed germination and seeding growth of Zizyphus mauritiana were studied. The results showed that the germination rates of the rootstock seed were improved by all treatments of growth regulators, esproved by all treatments of growth regulators, especially the seeds soaked with 10mg/L S-3307 had the highest rate (88. 7%). The results showed that the germination rates of the rootstock seed were improved by all treatments of growth regulators, esproved by all treatments of growth regulators, especially the seeds soaked with 10mg/L S-3307 had the highest rate (88. 7%). The actions of different growth regulators and their various concentration were dissimiliar on the growth of the seedling: the numbers of root were significantly increased but the lengths of root were restrained by all treatments. The authors suggested that 10mg/L S-3307 100mg/L Seeds soaked with IBA could be applied in propagation of Zizyphus mauritiana plants.

运用GA、IBA、PP333、S—3307及其不同浓度处理毛叶枣(Zizyphus mauritiana Lam.)的砧木种子。试验结果表明,所有植物生长调节剂处理都比对照(清水处理)能使种子萌发率不同程度地提高,尤以10mg/L S—3307效果最好,种子萌发率高达88.7%。同时,生长调节剂抑制幼苗根长但显著增加了根数。本试验认为在生产上可采用10mg/L S3307或100mg/L IBA浸种处理,以利提高毛叶枣砧木种子萌发率和幼苗健壮生长。
