The response of palmitic acid, sterine acid and oleie acid contents in kernel to planting ways was insignificant, as well as fat and protein accumulation in seed (kernel), but planting ways had certain effects on linoleic acid, of which 3∶2 model was higher than 3∶1 model. The difference of kernel amino acid contents and total contents between planting ways showed the law that 3∶2 model was much larger than the 3∶1 model. Planting ways had less effect comparing to sowwing date.
