This paper proposes the application of extended minimum error excitation (MEE) method to designing decentralized output feedback controllers for multi-machine power systems.In the control scheme,the deviations of power,voltage,revolving speed,etc.are selected as local feedback signals.As a verifying example of this new approach,the paper presents the designing of decentralized control for a given typical system.It can be seen that the extended MEE method is very simple and effective for the systems in which missing information is not too much.The paper also compares the decentralized control with nonlinear optimal control,linear global optimal control and classical control,and draws some conclusions from the comparison.

本文将最小误差激励(MEE)法推广应用于多机电力系统分散输出反馈控制器的设计。这种控制方案以功率、电压及转速等的偏差作为局部反馈信号,考虑了汽轮发电机组的励磁和汽门的综合调节。通过对某典型系统的设计和计算,验证了推广的MEE法在信息损失不是很严重时是简单而有效的设计法。文中还将其与非线性最优控制、全局线性状态反馈控制、全局线性输出反馈控制及经典比例式控制作了比较,获得了一些有意义的结果。

This paper discusses the absolute stabilization problem for Lur'e systems with multiple nonlinear loops in terms of state space approach. Solvability conditions are presented to design nonlinear controllers such that the closed loop system is absolutely stable via the algebraic matrix inequality (AMI) approach. It is shown that feedback controllers exist if and only if a class of special multilinear matrix inequalities (MLMIs) are solvable. This paper discusses the absolute stabilization problem for Lur'e systems with multiple nonlinear loops in terms of state space approach. It is shown that feedback controllers exist if and only if a class of special multilinear matrix inequalities (MLMIs) are solvable. Also, the AMI based design method obtained in this paper is simplified so as to be computationally feasible and tractable. The approach can be generalized to deal with other problems such as H 2,H ∞ and dissipation control problem.

Based on the perturbation bounds theorems for the robust stability of polynomials,this paper proposes a way to determ ine the system 's proper gain and to analyze robust D- stability of this controller.The corresponding algorithm is applied to the design of linear feedback controller,and perturbation bounds of the controller param eter are derived. An example shows that the result by the perturbation bounds method is superior to that of the Routh Criterion.

利用鲁棒稳定多项式单向摄动界的有关成果 ,解决了系统增益确定问题和 D域鲁棒稳定性分析问题。在改进发电机综合线性反馈控制器设计方案的同时 ,指出了参数的鲁棒稳定摄动范围。实例计算表明 ,单向摄动界法较劳斯判据法更为快速、精确。
