Compared the differences between supercritical fluid gas anti solvent recrystallization and conventional methods. By using GAS process in acetone solution , microparticles of β-HMX within 2~13μm can be obtained.Effects of pressure ,temperature, initial feed concentration of HMX solute,expansion speed of solution and growth of crystal on the GAS process have been studied.Under all experimental pressures of 8. 0~12.0 MPa tested,lower test temperature and lower concentration of feed solution were preferable for obtaining β-HMX andmicroparticles.

比较了CO2对丙酮、环己酮、二甲基亚砜体积膨胀的影响和HMX(奥克托金)在上述三种溶剂中GAS重结晶时的析晶率。以丙酮为溶剂用CO2GAS重结晶,在一定的条件下可获得2~13μm。β-型HMX微细颗粒。考察了压力、温度、溶液初始浓度及溶液膨胀速率对GAS重结晶过程、晶粒大小和晶型的影响以及晶体的增长。结果表明,在8.0~12.0MPa、较低的温度和较低的溶液初始浓度条件下,可获得微细的β-型HMX颗粒。

By GAS recrystallization HMX(1,3,5,7 tetranitro 1,3,5,7 tetraazacyclooctane),we can obtain microparticle β HMX with different particle size and distribution.The effect of temperature on morphology of HMX in the processes of supercritical carbon dioxide antisolvent recrystallization in acetone solution was studied.The reaults show that,similar to the conventional recrystallization method,the temperature is the major reason that it cause to form α HMX in GAS recrystallization processes,and we will find α HMX when the operation temperature is more than 50℃ and will obtain almost total α HMX when temperature is more than 60℃.The mechanism analysis shows that partial thermal source caused by compression and crystallization processes is the major cause to form α HMX.

研究了以丙酮为溶剂的超临界 CO2 - GAS重结晶制细过程温度对 HMX晶型的影响 ,结果表明 :超临界 CO2 - GAS重结晶 HMX过程与常规的重结晶过程相似 ,温度对 HMX晶型起控制作用 ,而对颗粒尺寸影响不大 ;当局部操作温度大于 5 0℃时 ,结晶颗粒中会有α型 HMX生成 ;当整体温度大于 6 0℃时 ,产品中α型 HMX占主要部分。本文就 GAS重结晶过程温度对 HMX晶型影响的机理进行了探讨 ,认为流体压缩和结晶放热引起的局部过热是产生α型 HMX的主要原因
