In view of the cffectivcness of bis(3,5,6-trichloro-2-hydroxyphenyl)-sulphide (I_b, CMS-390) and bis(3-bromo-5-chloro-2-hydroxyphenyl)_sulphide(I_a, CMS-349) in the treatment of schistosomiasis japonicum, a series of analogous compounds was prepared in the present work for pharmacological examinations. The compounds I_2 and I_b were oxidized with hydrogen peroxide, forming the corresponding sulphoxides (II_2 and II_b). The compound substituted with mixed halogens (I_c) was prepared by bromination of the corresponding chloro-compound. When phenols with various substituents were reacted with sulphur chloride, the corresponding diphenyl sulphides were obtained. The Mannich bases were obtained by heating 2,2'-dihydroxydiphenyl sulphides with formaldehyde and secondary amines. The piperazine salts were prepared by coupling the corresponding diphenyl sulphides with anhydrous piperazine. Preliminary pharmacological examinations showed that bis (3-bromo-4,5-dichloro-2-hydroxyphenyl)-sulphide (I_c), bis (3-bromo-5-chloro- 2-hydroxyphenyl)-sulphoxide (II_2), bis (3,5,6-trichloro-2-hydroxyphenyl)-sulphoxide (II_b) and the piperazine salt of bis(3-bromo-5-chloro-2-hydroxyphenyl_-sulphide and bis(3,5,6- trichloro-2-hydroxyphenyl)-sulphde were quite effective against Schistosoma japonicum.

The synergistic extraction of uranyl nitrate with binary system of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoyl-pyrazolone-5 (PMBP) and tributyl phosphate (TBP) or diphenyl sulfoxide (DPSO), and ternary system of PMBP-DPSO-TBP were studied. The binary synergistic equilibrium constants were determined to be log β12=3.58 (PMBP-TBP system) and log β13 = 3.61 (PMBP-DPSO system)respectively. Based upon the principle of saturated coordination number, a coordinate water molecule might be present in the structural formula of UO2A2·B, and it should be replaced by a neutral extractant to decrease the hydrophilic ability. It was found that synergic effect occured during the extraction of uranium (Ⅵ) with the -benzene solution of PMBP4+DPSO+TBP. The formation of a ternary extracted complex UO2A2·DPSO·TBP was confirmed by the usual slope method. A method was proposed for the calculation of the equilibrium constant which was evaluated to be logβ/123=5.58.

本文研究了1-苯基3-甲基4-苯甲酰吡唑酮-5(PMBP)与磷酸三丁酯(TBP)或二苯亚砜(DPSO)的苯溶液从硝酸介质中对U(Ⅵ)的萃取,实验发现有显著的二元协萃效应,并测定了二元协萃络合物的组成为 UO_2A_2·TBP或 UO_2A_2·DPSO,求得二元协萃平衡常数为1gβ_(12)=3.58,1gβ_(13)=3.61。 根据配位数饱和原理,我们预测有ABB类三元协萃络合物存在的可能性。本文以PMBP+TBP+DPSO 体系苯溶液从硝酸底液萃取U(Ⅵ),实验发现了三元协萃现象存在的条件,测定了三元协萃络合物的组成为UO_2A_2·TBP·DPSO,并首次提出三元协萃平衡常数的计算方法,测得1gβ_(123)=5.58。

Er(NO_3)_3·3(C_6H_5)_2SO is monoelinie, space group P2_1/c, with cell dimensions α=12.276(4) A, b=9.835(2) A, c=32.477(7) A, β=90.22(2)°and Z=4. The structure was solved by heavy-atom method and refined by least-squares method to a final R of 0.0465.The erbium is surrounded by nine oxygen atoms forming a coordination polyhedron, which is a slightly distorted tricapped trigonal prism. The distances between erbium and coordinating oxygens are Er-O_(DP(?)O)=2.291 A, Er-O_(O3)=2.437 A.

二苯亚砜硝酸铒[Er(NO_3)_3·3(C_6H_5)_2SO]晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P2_1/c,α=12.276(4)A,b=9.835(2)A,c=32.477(7)A,β=90.22(2)°,Z=4。结构用重原子法解出,并用最小二乘法对结构参数进行修正,最后R因子为0.0465。九个氧原子围绕Er离子构成稍歪扭的“三帽三方稜柱”配位多面体。铒与配位氧之间的距离:Er—O_(DP50)=2.291A,Er—O_(NO3)=2.437A。
