A new facile synthetic method for the preparation of the title compounds with moderate to good yields was developed by the following sequence of reactions. Diethylphosphoramide was reacted with substituted benzaldehyde and triphenyl phosphite in the presence of catalytic amount of BF_3·Et_2O. Diphenyl α-(N-phosphorylamino)substituted benzylphosphonates (1) thus obtained was then treated with hydrogen bromide in acetic acid to remove selectively the amino protecting group with the formation of diphenyl α-amino-substituted...

A new facile synthetic method for the preparation of the title compounds with moderate to good yields was developed by the following sequence of reactions. Diethylphosphoramide was reacted with substituted benzaldehyde and triphenyl phosphite in the presence of catalytic amount of BF_3·Et_2O. Diphenyl α-(N-phosphorylamino)substituted benzylphosphonates (1) thus obtained was then treated with hydrogen bromide in acetic acid to remove selectively the amino protecting group with the formation of diphenyl α-amino-substituted benzylphosphonates (2), a key intermediate in phosphorus peptide synthesis. Compound 2 was then successively hydrolyzed with hydrobromic acid to give the corresponding hydrobromide of α-amino-substituted benzylphosphonates with excellent yield. The free aminophosphonic acid (3) was obtained from the latter by treatment with propylene oxide in the usual manner. As demonstrated by ~(31)P NMR studies a linear free energy relationship existed in plotting δ against σ constants of nuclear substituent in 1 series. It was also found that the p-substituted compounds give, as a rule, higher δ value in ~(31)P NMR spectra than those from meta-and ortho-substituted compounds.

在三氟化硼催化下,二乙基磷酰胺、取代苯甲醛和亚磷酸三苯酯反应生成α-二乙基磷酰氨基取代苄基膦酸二苯酯(1),再经溴化氢的乙酸溶液处理,能选择性除去氨基上的保护基,得到相应的α-氨基取代苄基膦酸二苯酯溴化氢盐(2).2可视为合成膦酸肽的中间体.继续酸性水解可得α-氨基取代苄基膦酸(3).这个新的合成方法具有操作简便和产物纯度及得率均较高的特点.

The present paper reports the radiolysis of diphenyl phenylphosphonate(DPPP)and the radiation protection effect of DPPP in TBP-DPPP binary system.The correlation of G values of various products found in irradiated binary mixture with the mole fraction of DPPP(Xs)is determined.The protection efficiency α value of DPPP was calculated accordng to WAS equation,and compared with that of other protection agents such as benzene,TOA,DBBP,DBPP.

本文报道磷酸三丁酯(TBP)-苯基膦酸二苯酯(DPPP)两元体系在γ-辐射作用下 DPPP 的辐射保护效应(a值),测定了该体系各类主要辐解产物的 G 值与 X_(DPPP)(DPPP mole 分数)的关系,并按 WAS 方程计算了 DPPP在两元体系中的辐射保护效应α值,还与其他辐射保护剂(苯、TOA、DBPP、DBBP)**的α值作了对比,表明DPPP 具有最大辐射保护能力。

用对羟基苯甲酸(HB)和碳酸二苯酯(DPC)以咪唑和钛酸丁酯为催化剂、在三联苯溶剂中一步合成高分子量聚对羟基苯甲酸酯 Poly(p-hydroxybenzoate)((4-Hybe)_n)产率在75~80%、聚酯结晶度达 70%以上。热分解温度≥450℃、经本法合成的(4-Hybe)_n与 PTFE及少量石墨组成复合材料(EPC)制成塑料活塞环在合成氨厂的 Z_(4.7)-8/150 型氮氢压缩机 4级和 5级缸上试验,其寿命为 8 600和 4 300 h。解决小氮肥厂压缩机高压段无油润滑技术问题。
