作为辐射防护的基本原则之一,防护最优化受到越来越高度的重视,这使得对辐射的危害代价进行贷市化估价变得更迫切。考虑到问题本身的复杂性,单纯从经济角度研究的局限性是可想而知的。但本文结合国情先从经济角度加以研究,至少也可以为以后的深入研究提供一个初步基础。本文在调查了我国15000多例癌症治疗费用以及相关的其它数据的基础上,结合辐射的危险度因子,估算出了辐射危害代价α值。它是随个人剂量的变化而变化的,在个人剂量不高于1mSv/a时,α约为6600元/人·Sv(以1990年计)。在估算过程中,各个与经济有关的数据都根据国家统计局公布的资料,所估代价可能偏低。

Six patients with exophytic cervical carcinoma (stage≥Ⅱ) wore treated by intra-arterial infusion of phosphorus-32 glass microspheres (32P-GMS) as a preoperative treatment. For each case, 32P-GMS were injected via bilateral uterine arterial catheters. Necrotic process of neoplasm and profuse necrotic discharge were occurred with three weeks after treatment. No myelosuppression, hepatic and renal toxicities were encountered. After initial treatment four to five weeks, four cases underwent radical hyterectomy and...

All patients were followed up in 12-18 months, no death until now. Intra-arterial instillation of 32P-GMS is a simple and safe and may be used as a preoperative treatment of exophytic cervical carcinoma (stage≥Ⅱ).

对6例中晚期外生型子宫颈癌患者行腹膜外盆腔淋巴结清扫术加子宫动脉32P-玻璃微球(32P-GMS)灌注术,照射剂量6000~8000cGy,术后3周局部肿瘤脱落。表明32P-GMS可引起局部内照射及栓塞作用,患者无全身不良反应,无骨髓抑制及肝肾功能损害。灌注后4~5周,对4例行广泛性子宫切除术及腹主动脉旁淋巴结活检,2例作了外照射。本组患者随访1~1.5年均存活。32P-GMs治疗宫颈癌安全、可靠、一次性完成,对工作人员无辐射危险
