作者于1989年4月至1990年4月,自建兔舍,亲自饲养,相继对6窝39只比利时兔进行了详细测定。其结果是:在一般饲养条件下,每只兔饲养110—130天,体重达2.07±0.11kg,即可出栏。每只兔从断奶至130天共消耗净初级生产量为24.24kg(青饲料22.24,精料2)。其同化量、组织生长效率、生态生长效率和同化效率分别为9.23kg、16.58%、6.31%、38.08%。本试验基础母兔年平均产仔4.2窝,出售商品肉兔28.4只、年净收入173.52元,商品兔平均净收入 6.11元/只,加上粪尿及其它产品的收入,效益就更为可观。

This paper reported the effectiveness of microecological preparations as a promotor for growth of common carp (Cyprinus Carpio). This paper reported the effectiveness of microecological preparations as a promotor for growth of common carp (Cyprinus Carpio). Two living preparations contained two strains of JY10 and JY31, respectively. The strains were Lactobacillus spp. isolated from the intestine of healthy common carp. Results of the preparation feeding showed that the rates of increasing body weight, energy assimilation, ecological growth, tissue growth and other physiological and biochemical indicators(number of red blood cells, concentration of hemoglobin, plasma glucose and plasma total protein, fragitity of RBC) in test groups were all better than control groups significantly statistically.

本文根据微生态学原理,从正常健康鲤的肠道中分离、筛选出无毒无害正常菌群Jy10、Jy31制成生态制品,作为鲤的饲料添加剂,用以饲养鲤,其应用结果表明,鲤生态制品饲养组的增重率、能量同化率、生态生长效率(K_1),组织生长效率(K_2)以及多项生理生化指标(Rbc、Hb、血糖量、血浆总蛋白量、红细胞脆性、肌肉含蛋白质率等)均高于或优于对照组。本文对生态制品的促长作用机理进行了初步分析。
