To study the compatibility of palm kernel oil with raw oils of margarine,such as palm oil,palm stearin,palm olein,hydrogenated palm oil and tallow,the binary mixtures of palm kernel oil blending with the five kinds raw oils were determined by iso-line diagrams of temperature.The results show that palm kernel oil blending with palm oils form a eutectic mixture between 20℃ and 25℃,while blending with tallow a monotectic mixture below 10℃ and a eutectic mixture between 20℃ and 25℃ are formed.
