An acidic condition was preferential for yeast treatment and TOC removal decreased gradually with the increase of temperature. The yeast process could be used to substitute the conventional processes for high concentration oil wastewater treatment, which usually need air floatation pretreatment before activated sludge processes are employed.

从含油土壤中筛选出适用于色拉油加工废水的酵母菌菌群,并用摇瓶试验研究了该菌群对未经预处理的高浓度含油色拉油加工废水的降解效果.采用酵母菌菌群处理总有机碳( T O C) 含量为ρ T O C= 2 500 mg L- 1 的色拉油加工废水,24 h 内可以去掉85 .2 % 的 T O C.酵母菌菌群在酸性条件下(p H3 左右) 表现出更好的处理效率,反应温度升高时 T O C 去除率有降低的趋势.结果表明,高浓度含油色拉油废水可以直接用酵母菌法进行处理

Yarrowia lipolytica was used to degrade salad oil wastewater.Correlational influercing faotors were researched in this experiment.It was found that the bacterium have good degradation for saled oil when pH6-7,temperature 25-30 ℃,wave-beel rotate speed 200 r/min,the salad oil concentration≤2 000 μg/m.The tiptop degradation-rate was up to 95.59%.

解脂耶氏酵母(Yarrowialipolytica)对色拉油废水具有降解能力,实验研究了影响降解率的相关因素。结果表明,该菌在pH6-7、温度为25-30℃、摇床转速200r/min、废水中油脂起始浓度≤2000mg/L的条件下,对废水中的色拉油具有较高的降解率,最高可达95.59%。

The concentrations of COD Cr , animal & plant oil, total nitrogen and phosphorus are very high in the wastewater of salad oil. The united technology of removing oil in pretreatment method reverse A 2O contact oxidation chemical dephosphorization is adopted. The effect is obvious, every index of the effluent can meet the requirements for the first order of Wastewater Comprehensive Discharging Standard (GB8978 1996).

色拉油废水COD、动植物油、氨、氮、磷浓度都很高。采用预处理除油 倒A2 O 接触氧化 化学除磷组合工艺处理 ,效果明显 ,出水各项指标 (特别是磷酸盐 )均能达《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978 1 996 )中的一级排放标准
