Human proto-oncogene c-kit is the cellular homologue of the HZ4 feline sarcoma virus (HZ4 FeSV) oncogene v-kit. The c-kit gene product is highly homologous to the receptors for PDGF and CSF-1, and is a transmembrane glycopr-otein possessing the activity of the tyrosine protein kinase.We report here the nucleotide sequence and structural characteristics of the two neighbouring EcoRI fragments of the human proto-oncogene c-kit.

The BCL- 2 protein is a key member of a growing family of cytoplasmic proteins that modulate the response of many type of cells to diverse extracellular signals by which it may promote the survival of the cells.By using flow cytometry and immunofluorescence techniques, the changes of BCL-2 protein of the hippocampus cells in rats after the seizures induced by Coriaria Lactone(CL)were primarily studied.Results:The expression of BCL- 2 in hippocampus cell of epileptic episodes in rat was increased by the inducement of CL. The fluorescence index(FI)of the cells within 6 hours following CL induced (1. 129±0. 047,mean±s,n=7)was significantly higher than that of normal control group (0.999±陈.096, n =9),P<0.005;Then the FI of BCL- 2 was decreased between 6 - 24 hours inducemen of CL(1.026 ±0.065,n =3)and in the group after induced by CL for 24 hours,the FI were also decreased (0.982 ±0.043,n=6). But the FI in the latter two groups was not significantly different from that in control group, P>0. 05.The results suggested that such a change of BCL-2 protein in the hippocampus cells may protect the cells from injuring and apoptosing.

癫痫全面性强直阵挛发作(GTCS)可诱导脑细胞的损伤与修复过程。BCL—2蛋白是具有介导多种细胞外信号保护细胞存活的重要的细胞浆蛋白之一。应用流式细胞免疫荧光技术对马桑内酯(CL)致痫大鼠海马细胞中BCL—2蛋白进行检测。结果显示:CL诱导癫痫发作海马细胞中BCL—2蛋白表达增高,发作6小时以内荧光指数(FI)(1.129±0.047,n=7)明显高于对照组(0.999±0.096,n=9),P<0.005,6~24小时组(1.026±0.065,n=3)及24小时以后组(0.982±0.043,n=6)FI回落,P>0.05。提示这种BCL—2变化可能对损伤和凋亡细胞具有保护作用。
